e-shot feature update – March 2025

The first e-shot release of 2025 is here! On Monday 10th March we released a product update. In this release alongside the usual minor enhancements and fixes, we released a brand-new UI for the ‘Recurrent campaigns’ within e-shot. Bringing it in line with the new single send campaigns experience. We have also overhauled the UI for Automated Series campaigns!

Moving on... our team have been working on a brand-new feature, which we cannot yet reveal but I am sure it is one many of you will be interested in 👀  

 

New Recurrent campaigns experience 

As mentioned before we have re-designed the Recurrent campaigns experience to bring it in line with the new UI. For the full walkthrough on the new recurrent campaigns UI, you can find the dedicated help article here.

New Automated Series campaigns experience

Automates Series has also had a UI refresh bringing it more up to date with the rest of the platform. Please note this will not affect already running series, they will continue to run. It is purely a UI overhaul.

Other updates 

 

• Campaign test emails will no longer error if the campaign name has over 114 characters. 

 

• Some campaigns in the campaigns list view page were being marked as ‘Active’ despite not being set as active. This has been corrected. 

 

• Infinite scroll added back to the ‘Existing designs page’. 

 

• Updates to the New HTML Upload experience. 

 

• Improvements made to the audit log entries for when the ‘Delete groups’ options are used. Change makes it clearer to see what has been deleted and how many contacts. 

 

• Delete group(s) and unassigned contacts functionality will now consider a contacts preferences association as well as their groups.
