From day one we help you get the most from the platform.
As part of onboarding, we provide three levels of user training: Basic, Advanced and Administrator. New user training is available as needed throughout your contract with us, as part of your subscription. If there are specific areas of e-shot that you wish to arrange training for, we can also provide bespoke training sessions as well.
Basic User Training
This session covers everything you need to know to confidently start using e-shot; from security and logging in, designs and templates, testing and building campaigns through to reporting and analytics.
Advanced User Training
For more sophisticated users we offer advanced design and data segmentation, deliverability and forensics, building basic automations and advanced reporting and analytics.
This training can be combined with user training, but is designed to cover the operational management and administrator privileges from settings and configuration, managing users and identities and security and role based access control (RBAC) settings.
If there are specific areas of e-shot that you wish to arrange training for, we can provide bespoke training. Topics commonly covered in bespoke training include; advanced automation, Integration and API configuration, building custom reports or managing preferences and forms.
