"We've really upped our game when it comes to email and developed a much greater understanding of how to use email effectively. Previously, we might have been going through the motions, sending out emails to what was quite a high subscriber base but maybe not getting the open rates or engagement we wanted.
What we've done is really develop the content of those emails and understand how we can use email more effectively to engage that audience. Whether that's through nudge communications, engagement in consultations, or surveys to get people involved with what we're doing, we've moved forward in that space. This has helped us deliver our comms objectives as a team and in what is a really core channel."
