With more than 20 years experience in the email marketing space, Dan is an expert at getting email to deliver.Dan’s love of email is rivalled only by his love of pizza. But don’t be fooled his black belt isn’t just to keep his trousers up.

Guiding light in the on-going development of e-shot™, Richard has been at the helm since 2012. A keen chocolate aficionado, sweet treats keep e-shot™’s development at maximum capacity with new enhancements and features being added all the time.

With over 20 years of experience in Information Systems, Patrick is our knight in shining armour protecting and maintaining our defences both day and night. In addition, he is a dexterous deliverability expert, well-practiced in the illusive art of email authentication and inbox placement.

Mark works with local authorities throughout the UK and has really made an impression with his passion for helping clients achieve their goals and his enthusiasm for diving back into the world of local government communications.

Jonathan is at the forefront of Customer Success. He and his team are on hand to help with any query however technical. Always willing to share best practice and tips to bring you success, as well as fixing any issues that might be plaguing your campaign.
