e-shot feature update – September 2024

e-shot feature update – September 2024

On Thursday 19th September, e-shot saw its latest feature update. Following on from July’s release, a major piece of work that went into this release was further updates to the new analytics UI, with improvements being made to the list view page as well as full development of the full report's pages.

This release also saw some improvements to the security pages within e-shot as well as various bug fixes and enhancements.

Analytics UI:

Following on from the last release where a new analytics list view (email reports) page was developed, our team have continued with this piece of work by redesigning the full reports for campaigns page.

This development is still only available to our Dev Club members; however, we will be rolling out to all customers over the coming months. If you would like an early sneak peek, you can sign up to our webinar taking place on the 2nd October where we will show you around the new UI

Security enhancements:

Several enhancements to security pages have been made as listed below:

  • The Users & Permissions page now shows a ‘Security’ column, which tells you whether the user has MFA or SSO enabled on their profile.

New MFA/SSO users tab
  • If MFA or SSO is enabled on an account level in any subaccount, it will now be logged in the audit across all subaccounts, not just the subaccount it was first enabled in.

  • Recent MFA and SSO activity is now logged on the Security page and not just within the audit.

  • We have made some changes to the way we explain what happens when MFA or SSO is enforced or disabled. This will make it clearer for account admins to understand what will happen as a result of the change.

Other bug fixes and enhancements:

  • Previously on the CRM > Contacts page, we provided an ‘Unassigned groups’ and an ‘Unassigned preferences’ option, we have now added an ‘Unassigned groups and unassigned preferences’ option – Making it easier than ever to distinguish which contacts are in no audiences.

  • When a campaign approval expires, it will now show in the audit for the campaign.

  • The Twitter logo/name has been updated to be the X logo.

  • Several bug fixes for the full details refer to the release notes as per below.

That's all for this month's release, for the full release notes, please refer to the release notes section here, when you are logged into e-shot.
