e-shot feature update – October 2025
The latest e-shot release is here!
On Thursday 16th October, we released a product update. This release saw a few enhancements to the platform as well as a brand-new login process.
New e-shot login page
As part of this release, we have changed the way you login to e-shot. Before e-shot used a single step login process, where users entered their email and password on one page.
We have now moved to a two-step login process where you first enter your email, then click ‘Next’ to enter your password.
Please note if you login via Microsoft the login process has not changed, and you continue to login by clicking the ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ button.
See new login page below.
More details on the new login page can be found here.
Sign up form ‘protect from bots’ feature
To help further enhance the security of your forms, we have introduced a verification method as a way to protect your forms from bots. This is recommended no matter which form option you are using.
See the new option below.
When this option is enabled, when filling in the form, contacts will be asked to verify that they are human before they can sign up. See example below.
Other updates
Social share links shortened in length making them more user friendly.
Made it easier to add existing contacts to existing groups. When in groups the ‘Add contact’ button previously only allowed you to add brand new contacts. Now when adding a contact which exists, users have the option to edit the contact's record.
Minor changes made to the campaign audit page to show more logs.
Introduced passkeys as a method to login to e-shot.
That's all the key points this month's release, for the full release notes, please refer to the release notes section here, when you are logged into e-shot.
