e-shot feature update – May 2025

The latest e-shot release is here! On Thursday 1st May we released a product update. This release focused on some minor enhancements and fixes as well as the completion of a brand-new feature we will reveal to you all shortly! 

 

Enhancements include: 

 

• New tooltips for the total number of active contacts in an account. This enhancement gives a better understanding on if any deleted contacts to have been sent to in the past 30 days. 

• Addition of ‘Not displayed contacts’ report to the New Analytics UI.
  
  

• Introduction of passkeys: Users can now setup a passkey on their own user profile as another method to secure their account.
  

•  Creating an Automated Series campaign will now take you straight into the campaign edit page with no redirects.  

 

• Recurrent campaigns last ran section will now display ‘Never’ instead of ‘<Not set>’ if the campaign is yet to make a send.
