e-shot feature update - May 2026

The latest e-shot release is here... and there’s something exciting on the horizon! 

Our development team has been working hard behind the scenes, and we’re pleased to share a preview of what’s coming next: soon, you’ll be able to send WhatsApp messages directly from e-shot. 

This feature isn’t quite ready just yet, but we’ll be sharing more details so, so keep an eye out! 👀 

In the meantime, here’s a look at what’s included in this month’s release: 

 

Sign-Up Forms 

The sign-up form button modal has been redesigned and is now available as a standalone page. This update also introduces dedicated WhatsApp sign-up forms, ready for the full feature launch later this year. 

Preference Centre 

Following a similar approach, the preference centre has been moved from a popup modal to a dedicated page. It will also support WhatsApp preferences in an upcoming release. 

Settings 

We’ve made several updates to user management, including enhancements to support upcoming WhatsApp-specific permissions. 

There are also styling improvements to the account summary settings page, providing a cleaner and more consistent user experience. 

Analytics > Email reports

Introduced a new compact list email reports page. Users have the ability to switch between 'Normal view' which shows all details and the new 'Compact view' which removes some information and allows for much more reports to be seen on one screen.

Further to this, we have enhanced the way you can filter your reports. Users now have the ability to filter to campaigns sent within a specific time frame e.g. This week, last week, this month.

Along the top we have also enhanced how the campaign type filters work, by default you will see all campaigns. Should you need to see only Single Send Campaigns, simply click that button and the list of campaigns will update.
