e-shot feature update - July 2026
The latest e-shot release is here... And this release saw multiple enhancements, predominantly focused on the analytics area of the platform. Let’s show you through the key points!
Analytics/reports page
Email and SMS reports combined into one ‘Campaign reports’ page
On the updated ‘Campaigns reports’ page, users can filter between the campaign types (Email, SMS, Automations) with an additional for the exact campaign type e.g. for email Single send, Resend and Split tests.
Improved SMS thumbnail rendering on the ‘Campaign reports’ page. Users can now get a real preview into the SMS message that was sent to contacts.
Enhanced SMS responses page to allow users to filter by data range & export selected SMS responses to a CSV file.
