What is the e-shot dashboard page?
The dashboard page is the page you will first land on after logging in to e-shot. It gives a brief overview into different sections of the system such as the number of contacts you have, how many campaigns you have sent recently as well as ones scheduled to go out. You will also find our most recently published template as well as quick links that take you to other areas of the system.
How do I increase my contact limit?
If you're interested in changing your contact limit, please get in touch with the Customer Success Team on the live chat, the team can then provide you with the relevant information and quote.
How do I change the company information that's automatically generated in my emails?
To ensure compliance with ICO regulations, all emails sent from e-shot are automatically appended with your company information. To amend this, an admin user can access the Settings / Email Footer section in e-shot.
How can I purchase SMS credits?
If you're interested in purchasing more SMS credits, please get in touch with the Customer Success Team via the live chat function.
What hours are the Customer Success Team available, and how do I contact them?
Our UK-based support team is always available Monday to Friday, 9am 'til 6pm GMT, not including any UK bank holidays. The best and easiest way to contact the team by live chat when logged in. We typically respond in under 2 minutes!
How often is the e-shot system updated?
The e-shot system is created in an agile development environment, so we're always releasing new features and fixes on a regular basis.
I've forgotten my login details; how can I retrieve them?

How do I use the activity section on the dashboard?
The activity widget gives you an overview of the campaigns that have been sent from your account. You can see how many you have sent, the number of displays and clicks as well as website visits if you have this with your package. The dropdown can be used to choose a period you would like to view this data for.
I have bespoke software elsewhere in my organisation, can I integrate with e-shot?
e-shot offers several integrations, to find these please see the integrations page in settings or find out Rest API guide here.
