As we learn more about your business and your objectives, you can expect lots of help and advice. Our team are all experts in digital marketing and continually seek to add value.
You will probably speak to several members of the team in your first few days as a new customer. We work closely as a team and have a daily meeting where we discuss your onboarding. To ensure things run smoothly, we would ask you to always contact us via our Customer Success channels rather than emailing individuals who may be unavailable.

Once you log in, you will also notice our Live Chat facility where you can also get help quickly and easily. Every conversation that you have with us via email or chat is also available via this facility if you need to refer back to something.
HELP AND CONSULTANCY
In addition to our onboarding help and training, we will work with you to review your strategy and help you to ensure your campaigns achieve maximum results. We would suggest that you attend two of our workshops as part of this:
Half day to learn modern approach to effective email marketing. Covers deliverability, campaign optimisation, split-testing and email design.
Marketing Automation Accelerator Workshop
Full day workshop to learn about high impact, low complexity marketing automation strategies and how to implement them. It covers both planning and practical elements of using marketing automation.
In addition to the above,you always have access to our team of experts for bespoke consultancy. It is sensible that you get a few weeks experience with the platform before this takes place to ensure that you get the most from it.
