Building your success with our Customer Success Team

e-shot gives you a powerful set of marketing tools, but the technology is only half of the puzzle. Our Customer Success team are here to ensure you have a great experience from day one. As we learn more about your business and your objectives, you can expect lots of help and advice. Our team are all experts in digital marketing and continually seek to add value.   

You will probably speak to several members of the team in the onboarding process. We work closely as a team and have a daily meeting where we discuss your onboarding. To ensure things run smoothly, we would ask you to always contact us via our Customer Success channels rather than emailing individuals who may be unavailable.

The live chat can be accessed using the green chat icon in the bottom left of every e-shot page. Every conversation that you have with us is also available via this facility if you need to refer to something again in the future. 

 

How else can our Customer Success Team help you? 

Our Customer Success Team continue to add value after the onboarding process too. 

Consultancy: If you require bespoke work such as setting up a new collection of forms or designing some new templates. Be sure to let us know and we can advise the next steps. 

Best practice webinars: We regularly run best practice sessions or webinars on key areas of the system, these sessions are often recorded and can be accessed at any time. You can find past events here

Help articles: The team are consistently adding and updating existing help article materials to ensure we cover all areas of the platform. If there is an area of the system you tried to find help on and you could not find a help article for, please let us know. You can find all our help articles here

Dev club: We run an invite only Dev Club which promotes new features upcoming in e-shot, allowing you to have your say and help shape e-shot's future to best suit your needs. 

Free training sessions: Our team offer free basic user training on a regular basis; you can find upcoming sessions here. Other training such as advanced or bespoke can be provided on request.
