Is there a limit on how many users I can create?
e-shot has absolutely no limits on users per account or sub-account.

How do I include the edit profile message on my campaigns?
You can add the unsubscribe and edit profile message to your emails by including editprofile and unsubscribe in your email's footer. This is replaced with the edit profile message and link defined in Settings > Account settings > Email footer page.
What is a identity?
Sender identities are templated versions of the sender details for your messages. You can create or edit sender identities on the Settings > Account settings > Email preferences page. When creating designs and campaigns, you can simply select from pre-definedmade sender identities of your organisation's brands, departments or clients.
A Sender identity is the combination of the below three fields:
Sender from address (the actual email address your e-shot emails are sent from)
Sender alias or From name (represents the name of the person/team/department/organisation who is sending the email).
Reply address *Optional (when someone replies to your e-shot email, this defines where those replies are sent to).
How do I prevent users from accessing or actioning specific parts of the e-shot system?
When creating or editing a user, permissions can be granted or revoked from the profile to provide or deny access to various areas and features of the e-shot system. To edit user access head to the Settings > Account settings > Users and permissions page.
How can I see my accounts contact limit and other limits?
By heading to the Settings > Account settings > Account summary page you can see which version of e-shot you are on as well as your contact limit, monthly send limit and SMS credits you have remaining.
How can I upgrade my account?
To upgrade your account, please contact our Customer Success Team via the live chat when logged into e-shot.
How can I make my account more secure?
To help make your account as secure as possible, we recommend enabling either MFA or sign in with Microsoft's Single Sign On (SSO). To enable MFA for all user's head to Settings > Account settings > Security. Login via Microsoft (SSO) can be turned on a user-by-user case. Please head to the Users page to apply this to your users.
