In times of crisis, it is important that accurate information can be shared quickly and effectively. 

If you are a public sector organisation (e.g; schools, councils, NHS trusts, government departments) that needs to communicate important information or guidance in relation to the COVID-19 situation, then we would like to help. 

What we are offering:

  2. The ability to send up to 100,000 emails

  3. A rapid set up and deployment programme 

All for free. 

If you need to send more emails than this or you need to send SMS as well, then we can do that too at a cost rate rather than a commercial rate until such time as this crisis concludes.

e-shot was originally developed to help the medical profession and was the first platform used to securely transfer medical guidelines to multiple recipients back in 2002. Since then, we have been helping many different public and private sector organisations to send digital communications and continue to support many of them today in doing so.

We are a Crown Commercial Services supplier - our software is available via the G-Cloud framework and our organisation is also listed on the DOS-4 framework. We also have the relevant security credentials for working with Government organisations and our operation is entirely UK-based.

Some of our other work is on hold at the moment, so we have capacity to help.
