T&C for Prize Draw: LGcomms Academy 2026

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Forfront Ltd, makers of e-shot.     

Eligibility to enter    

  • The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.  

  • Forfront staff members, staff of LCcomms Academy’s 2026 group of partners and sponsors, or their respective families, are excluded from the draw.    

  • By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and eligible to claim any prize you may win.    

  • Entries are limited to one per person.    

  • The prize draw is free to enter.    

 
How to enter    

  • Fill in the form to answer the question:  Aside from the legends of Robin Hood, what do you associate with Nottingham? 

  • To enable us to contact you if you have won, we need the requested contact details: Name, Organisation, Email, Phone number 

  • This draw closes on Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 6pm. Entries received after that time will not be considered.    

  • Forfront will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.    


The prize    

The winner will be drawn at random and notified on Thursday 18th June.  

The prize package consists of: 

  • 1x two-day ticket to LGcomms Academy 2026 for the Tuesday 23rd June and Wedesday 24th June 

  • One night’s hotel accommodation on Tuesday 23rd June which includes breakfast the next day.  

Important to note:  

  • Use of particular hotel brand in this prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.    

  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.    

Forfront’s decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.   

 
Winner announcement    

  • The winner will be notified privately after the draw by Friday 19th June 2026. 

  • Forfront will attempt to contact the winner using the contact details provided.    

  • If the winner does not respond to the notification of their win, they will lose their right to the prize, and Forfront reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.      


Data protection and publicity    

  • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by e-shot for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.    

  • All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hi@e-shot.net    

  • The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via e-shot.    

  • An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via e-shot website. socials and customer newsletter.    

  • All personal information shall be used in accordance with Forfront’s Privacy Notice.    


Limitation of Liability    

Forfront does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for the prize, save that Forfront does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.    

 
General    

Forfront reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.    

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
