The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs use e-shot to send a combination of newsletters and guidance to both external and internal audiences. We have helped them to deploy forms using the GOV.UK design system to the GOV.UK website. This has led to better data quality and an improved capability to segment audience data. This in turn has led to better engagement. With over 150 users creating and distributing content using e-shot, they are one of our most active customers and we are currently deploying e-shot for additional areas of DEFRA as the popularity of the solution has grown throughout the organisation. e-shot is also used to send internal communications to over 20,000 staff at DEFRA.
