Forfront Ltd. uses a limited number of third-party providers to support the delivery and operation of the e-shot™ platform and its communication channels. 

These providers do not use client data for their own marketing purposes. Their involvement is limited to infrastructure, routing, delivery, integrations, or supporting platform functionality.

International Transfers 

Where any provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, Forfront Ltd. ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including: 

  • UK adequacy regulations  

  • UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs)  

  • other lawful transfer mechanisms where applicable  

 

Client-Controlled Integrations 

Certain integrations within e-shot are optional and controlled directly by clients. Where enabled by the client, data shared with those integrations is processed in accordance with the client’s own configuration and instructions.
