Unawards Ticket Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Forfront Ltd, makers of e-shot.
Eligibility to enter
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Forfront staff members and partners are excluded from entering this draw).
4. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. Entries are limited to one per person.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
7. Entrants will need to submit their email address using the form at available at https://pages.comms.e-shot.net/p/unawards-competition-2026. This draw closes at 5pm on Tuesday 31st March 2026. Entries received after that time will be disqualified.
8. Forfront will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
9. The prize will be one ticket to The 11th Annual UnAwards at The Everyman Cinema in Birmingham on Friday 4th December 2026, and a one night’s stay at a hotel on the 3rd December with dinner with members of the e-shot team.
10. Use of brand in this prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
11. The winner will be drawn at random.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
14. Forfront’s decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winner announcement
15. The winner will be notified by email one week after the closing date, on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
16. Forfront will attempt to contact the winner up to two times using the contact details provided.
17. If the winner does not respond to the notification of their win within 3 working days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Forfront reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Data protection and publicity
18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by e-shot for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
19. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hi@e-shot.net
20. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via e-shot.
21. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made through e-shot’s social media channels once the winner has confirmed.
22. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Forfront’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
23. Forfront does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for the prize, save that Forfront does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
General
24. Forfront reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
25. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
