Our social responsibility efforts are focused on promoting education, supporting local charities and environmental sustainability. We believe that by focusing our efforts, we can make a more significant and lasting impact.

For over 25 years, we've recognised the importance of investing in the future of tech. Our apprenticeship program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training, equipping apprentices with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape. We partner with local colleges to offer the apprenticeship programme that enables anyone aged 16 and over to learn a profession by learning knowledge and skills in the classroom and gaining practical experience at work.

Apprenticeships can offer you a variety of benefits, both for professional and personal growth. This can be invaluable in terms of learning best practices, developing professional relationships, and gaining industry insights. Working alongside experienced professionals can help apprentices understand the nuances of the field, learn from their successes and mistakes, and gain a deeper appreciation for their chosen profession.

In the past five years, we've placed five students through this program. Currently in the programme and three completed their education and continued to full time employment at Forfront as Digital Marketing Executives. Work experience is also a great opportunity to put learning into practice whilst gaining knowledge about a job or area of work.
