Each main account and additional account can have a dedicated sending domain. Unlike other platforms, we do not send your emails through shared or generic domains. Domain services include registration, certification and monitoring.
We also support sending from official email domains such as gov.uk and nhs.uk
Our professional services team are available to project manage setup, customisation and training, enabling you to migrate to e-shot with speed and relative ease.
We do not charge additional for support. Our Customer Success team will work with you to ensure you can use the platform well and that you see the results that you expect from your investment with us.
Our in-house technical team includes developers and consultants who can provide extra support with things like integration.
