The Scottish Qualification Authority use e-shot for just a couple of days each year. That does not detract from the importance of their use of our platform though. They inform students in Scotland about their exam results using sophisticated dynamic content templates to populate tables of results which are unique to each student. Although it is a single email, it goes through several weeks of quality assurance and our technical team support SQA with this. We customised e-shot to take data in a very specific format from their internal systems.
