e-shot is available via the G-Cloud 12 framework, but we also welcome the opportunity to help government organisations with more comprehensive requirements via tender or other procurement method. Our consultancy team regularly participate in early market engagements to help public sector organisations understand how advances in digital communication technology can be used to meet their requirements.
Responsive and accessible email design
We offer a selection of best practice email templates covering common campaigns for central government, local government, NHS or police. All templates are made fully accessible and responsive and can be implemented with sophisticated dynamic content. We can also implement bespoke templates or follow the gov.uk design system.
Official identity
Official organisations can send emails and host content on gov.uk, nhs.uk or police.uk subdomains using e-shot gov. We are a Nominet registrar and JISC member. Our deliverability team are highly experienced in working with technical and security teams to ensure your communications are secure and adhere to the latest NCSC guidance.

Onboarding
New user training is included as standard at any time and our team can also provide bespoke training remotely or in person. Project management and development resources are also all available in-house to assist with onboarding and development. We do not outsource for quality assurance and security reasons. Simple requirements can be provisioned in 24 hours, but we are also highly experienced in large projects including integrations and QA processes.
