With a good understanding of your objectives, the Customer Success team will manage your onboarding as a project to ensure everything is set up as it needs to be when it needs to be. Once your first campaigns have been launched, you will receive a report and recommendations for further optimisation.
Learn the basics and then learn the specific tools that you will need to deliver on your objectives. We also regularly run public sessions for new users and for those who wish to refresh their understanding.
You will normally bring data from another system. The team will help you to integrate or import and manage things like segmentation and suppression lists.
e-shot caters for every level of skill from simple drag and drop through to dynamic HTML. As part of your setup, we can teach you how to create great looking designs that work well on desktop or mobile or we can build them for you.
Integration is often oversimplified in digital marketing. By ensuring the correct data flows and objects are mapped between your systems and ours, you can intelligently segment and track contacts between the digital and the real world. Our in-house team can help scope, build and deploy standard or bespoke integrations including test and UAT phases.
The Customer Success team are on hand via email, phone and live chat to help you. If you get stuck, help is on hand. We also monitor new customers and will proactively contact you if we spot issues with your initial designs or campaigns.
