If a contact unsubscribes from communication, e-shot will never send messages to that contact again.

Even if the contact is included in other campaigns or deleted and re-uploaded to the database, it is not possible to override the unsubscribe unless proof is provided by the data subject of their consent to resubscribe.

SMS opt out facilities are also automated and can be managed separately from email unsubscribes.
