Below you'll find some of our latest news updates, along with a couple of helpful tips and tricks for increasing the success of your email campaigns.
If you've got additional information you'd like to add for your contacts, don't forget that you can import this and update existing contact's details. Email, Title, Firstname, Lastname, Company, Telephone and URN are included by default,
if you'd like any additional fields please speak to a member of the team on 020 3320 8750 (a small one-off charge applies).
Why should I do this?
Well, it could be for the simple reason of adding names to enable personalisation within your emails to increase engagement, or better still to enhance
your reporting - to allow you to quickly export CSV reports with telephone numbers or other details readily available.
However, please ensure you have at least the same amount of information as you do in the system otherwise you may inadvertently remove contact information.
Our integration with Litmus is scheduled for completion soon.
To recap: Litmus is the leading provider of email render testing, allowing you to preview your emails across 30+ email clients and devices in one go.
Great for seeing how your email looks in a variety of email client systems before you send out!
All clients will benefit from free use limited to Outlook 2003 and Gmail. Further information about available packages will be announced upon release.

We'd like to take this opportunity to publicly welcome Ladi Lucas to the team. Ladi, has joined Forfront as a new member of the development team and whilst you may not speak to him, you'll certainly see his efforts directly in your day-to-day use of e-shot.
You may remember in our last newsletter we discussed the introduction of a live-support system, unfortunately a limited number of clients experienced firewall issues with this service that caused a slower user experience. For the time being we've removed this service whilst we discuss the issue with the provider. We hope to re-introduce this popular feature soon.
In February we implemented a new Suggestions Box, giving clients the opportunity to submit any improvements or requests for new functionality that would benefit them. Client suggestions have always been key to the growth of our product and ensuring
our interface and offering are customer focused. We'd therefore encourage you to submit any suggestions, improvements or desired functionality to us.

Last year, we attended a seminar and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Gorgs, who told us about her amazing
commitment and sacrifice to her art of ‘Pistol Shooting’. Gorgs has become so good at this, that she will be
representing Britain in the 2012 London Olympics. After listening to what she has had to sacrifice, and all
the extra work she has to take on to fund herself, we wanted to help.
We were shocked that this talented Gold Medal contender has to find the money herself, she's
fortunate enough to have met some wonderful people who have sponsored her, either by funding
her car (called Steve!) or by making cash donations.
