Managing your contacts

Within e-shot™ you have the ability to import contacts from your existing CRM systems using XLS or CSV files.

  • You can manage your contacts by assigning them to groups and sources.
  • You can view an individual transaction history for each of your contacts within e-shot™

In order to comply with UK/US laws, every message sent via e-shot™ contains an opt-out option, we also offer a branded profile option which will consistently reflect your corporate branding and will enable your contacts not only to opt-out, but also choose which newsgroups they wish to be included in, aswell as specify their email format (HTML or Text).

The contacts manager includes 5 database fields as standard

  • Salutation
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email Address
  • Company

We can tailor your e-shot by adding any fields to meet your requirements. These fields will be used to personalise your message e.g. Dear Mr Smith.

You can also use these fields as filters for accurate targeting of your message e.g. email address = @aol.com, will restrict your message to only @aol.com users.

e-shot™ allows you to produce reports with the option of exporting into CSV files. This is perfect for handing out fresh hot prospect lists to your sales team, or generally for updating your CRM.
