Michelin star winning Jean-Christophe Novelli, who recently starred in Hell’s Kitchen, is director of internationally recognised Novelli Academy, with master classes by himself and other celebrity chefs. He has now created exciting new menus for his new project ‘A Touch of Novelli’, the first of which will open at the White Horse in Harpenden, Hertfordshire – not far from his cookery school.
